At Bordelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all designer labels and documentation.

  Ship Your Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
